Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Exclusions and Limitations

Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards, Cash and BACS Transfer are acceptable methods of payment. Please note we do not accept American Express cards. For international cards we charge an extra £1 per transaction. Our terms are payment in full at the time of service. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any outstanding monies sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any additional administrative and/or court costs.

Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. We reserve the right to insist on future cash transactions only in the event of a second returned cheque.
 

Cancellation Policy
Minimum 48 hours’ notice of cancellation would be preferred, but no shows will be marked on the system and appointments put in the future will be not trusted. Notification, in person, via email, SMS, or any other messaging service, will be accepted.
 

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the UK market. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the express written consent of Omeera Hair Nail and Beauty.
